What is the Fredericksburg estate?
A 100-acre estate in the Texas Hill Country that brings together a 21,000 SF hacienda, 41 luxury homesites, a wine-country restaurant, and the vineyards that give the place its name.
What wines is Noble Lineage developing?
Two lines. Grand Cru: Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-style blends, plus white and rosé, with an organic and biodynamic certification target. Texas Bubbly: sparkling wine and spritz created to pair with Mexican cuisine. The program is supported by research from the Texas A&M Department of Horticultural Sciences and the winemaking expertise of Laplace Vignerons.

Our communities are developed and operated alongside an established Texas senior living operator, combining Noble Lineage’s commitment to legacy with proven operational excellence. Community models include Assisted Living & Memory Care and Independent Living.
